What does "Research Use Only" (RUO) mean?
Research Use Only means our products are sold exclusively for laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, and we do not provide guidance on human use. By purchasing, you attest that you are a qualified researcher acquiring these compounds for research use.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA), and how do I read one?
A Certificate of Analysis is a lab document tied to a specific batch or lot that reports identity and purity testing results, typically via HPLC (purity) and mass spectrometry (identity confirmation). Where a COA is available for a product, it's linked from that product's page and tied to a specific lot number — check the lot on your vial against the lot listed on the COA.
Is a Certificate of Analysis available for every product?
Documentation availability varies by product and is noted on each individual product page. Where documentation is still pending for a given item, that item's page will say so directly rather than imply testing that hasn't been completed yet.
Do you offer human dosing guidance?
No. Our products are sold strictly for laboratory research use, and we do not provide dosing guidance, administration instructions, or any recommendation for human or animal use.
How do I verify a COA belongs to the vial I received?
Match the batch or lot number printed on your vial label against the batch number on the COA, character for character. If they don't match, that COA describes a different production run. You can also search a COA by batch number on our COA lookup page.
Can I see a COA before I place an order?
Yes. Where a COA exists for a product it's linked publicly on that product's page — no account required. Products without a COA on file yet say so directly on the page.
What does a purity figure like "≥99%" mean?
It's the purity reported for one specific tested batch, measured by HPLC as an area percentage. It describes that lot on the date it was tested — it is not a brand-wide guarantee.
Where can I learn more about peptide testing, COAs, and handling?
Our Research Library has method and due-diligence guides — how to read a COA, how HPLC and mass spectrometry testing work, how to vet a supplier, and how to store and reconstitute research peptides.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before the daily cutoff on weekdays ship the same day. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment options are shown at checkout.
Can I return a product?
Once a product's packaging has been opened, it cannot be returned, due to the nature of research compounds. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the full policy, including damaged/incorrect orders.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track order history for future reference.
How do I contact support?
